Security
DraftLOGIC (a CYDENiC, Inc. property) takes the security of your account and data seriously and welcomes good-faith reports that help us protect it.
1.How We Protect Your Data
We use reasonable safeguards, including storing passwords only as cryptographic hashes (argon2id), encrypting two-factor secrets and connected-platform tokens at rest, offering two-factor authentication, maintaining an audit log of significant account events, and using encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we continue to improve our protections.
2.Reporting a Vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in DraftLOGIC, please report it to support@draftlogic.pro with:
- a description of the issue and its potential impact;
- the steps needed to reproduce it;
- any relevant URLs, requests, or screenshots; and
- your preferred contact information.
Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue before disclosing it publicly.
3.Good-Faith Research
We will not pursue action against researchers who, in good faith, discover and report a vulnerability in compliance with this page. In your testing, please:
- only interact with accounts you own or have permission to test;
- do not access, modify, or delete other users’ data;
- do not degrade, disrupt, or overload the Service (for example, no denial-of-service or automated high-volume testing); and
- do not use social engineering, phishing, or physical attacks.
This page is not a contract and does not create a legal safe harbor beyond what applicable law provides.
